Sales Policy

Every item we sell is rare, authenticated, and final. Please read the following before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

KVSNEAKS deals exclusively in rare, premium, and limited-edition products. Because of the nature of what we sell, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges — no exceptions.

Review product details, photos, sizing, and condition notes before you check out. If anything is unclear, reach out before purchasing — not after.

Authentication & Quality

Every item that leaves KVSNEAKS is verified authentic, inspected, and documented before it ships. We photograph and log each product so there's a full record of its condition at the time it was packed. We stand behind what we sell.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive something that doesn't match your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and your order number. We'll review it and make it right.

Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for review.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships and tracking confirms it's in the carrier's hands, KVSNEAKS is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen deliveries, or carrier routing issues. Every order ships with tracking. If something goes wrong in transit, file a claim directly with the carrier.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us directly is taken seriously. We keep full documentation on every order — photos, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Fraudulent disputes will be contested and the buyer may be permanently banned.
